The Ocean Ave Inn has quiet modest accommodations ranging from single units to our guest cottage for larger groups or families. You can also enjoy a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom suite. All rooms have Wi-Fi, Satelite TV, coffee maker and at least one queen size bed. Most of the units have partially stocked  kitchenettes or kitchens. Not all of our rooms have been updated. For financial reasons, we can only update one room a year.  Please drop us an email if you desire an updated room and have specific requirements. 

Some rooms allow pets with a small nightly pet fee.

Special pro-rated arrangements can be made in advance if necessary.  We realize that you may need to stay a bit longer and as long as the room is not rented, we can accommodate you.
